"who?" You are probably too young to remember them. They had big break through with Dark Side of the Moon in 73 I think - I became aware of them in the early eighties and never found anything quite as good and unique since.

hangs head in shame " Think I hang mine in shame as I misread and thought you meant who was I talking about, ie Pink Floyd lol... Either way, I d pay a lot for a chance to see them. The other person I would pay a lot for is Luciano Pavarotti - I always wanted to and sadly missed out. |

I ALWAYS wanted to see him and my then partner was too sensible to spend lots of money on a concert ticket. He bought me the CDs instead whcih I guess was a nice thing to do. Having said that Pavarotti was my hero and I really regret that I did not take the chance when he was around. |

"£1000 a ticket???????
No musician, whether in a band or as an individual is worth this extortionate price!!
Now, retires into bunker, putting up defences and waits for incoming fire! " I actually agree with you when I have my sensible head on... and really I would only ever consider this madness for those two |

We would pay £1000 to see the stones, BUT only if it's in a local pub maximum 500 people... to see them in the O2 then £100 would be about right £150 acceptable. |
