My mum was rushed into hospital last night with chest pains for the second time in a week, I'm next of kin as Dad died in June 2011 and it's been awful. She's really not very well, she's exhausted, I'm exhausted and what I really need is a hug. Its times like this that I really miss having someone to give me a hug. My dad would have been 59 on Saturday and I miss him.

So sorry to hear your news and hope things get better soon. Know the feeling of needing hugs, i just grab my kids but its not the same.

Thank you very much everyone. I'm just at my limit of how much stress I can take. Roll on Friday when my best friend is here for hugs and moral support! |

HUGE HUG. I've moved back home to look after my mum and understand how exhausting it can be and it is difficult at times not having a shoulder to lean on yourself.
It's my birthday Saturday and even though I'm working will be be having a sneaky drink so we'll have one for your dad to x |
