Whats made me laugh is his dad said

i lost 8 stone with weight watchers a couple of years ago, my weights gone up and down slightly since but managed to keep it off over all, its very easy to put weight on once you get into that cycle, as most people over eat for a reason not just being they 'greedy fat bastards' but its very very hard to loose it, so i say well done to him personally  |
