I would have thought that you need to be ‘buddies’ first before you could even consider going on holiday with someone. Unless it’s just to split the costs for travel to and from and you both do your own thing when you are there. Or have I misunderstood the concept? |

This depends on your definition of a travel buddy.
If you want to go on holiday or explore places you can find like minded people on other sites tailored for this very thing. A friend of mine did this, travelled all over with people she didn't know and have now all become great friends.
However I feel that you might have different requirements for a travel buddy |

There are specific companies that get groups of singles together for trips, mostly tours.
Not my kind of thing as like to do what I want, when I want with no set agenda except a few must dos
Even with mates it can be difficult, different ideas of what a holiday, although discussed beforehand. Not something I’d rush into again |
