Maybe a wee bit of TMI incoming but oh well…
Everyone’s body is different. I’ve never had to prep before anal and have never had any kind of “accident” during it so morning anal is good to go with me.
My partner on the other hand… that’s s no go unless he’s had time to prep. So for him, anal is never an option first thing.
You’ll know your body better than anyone. If you want it, go for it and if you’re unsure, just say no  |

Usually it's not bad at all, but sometimes it can be, as bluebell said it can vary depending on a few things. It can be embarrassing. I guess it's just one of those things that you have to accept sometimes and not let it bother you. But I'm interested in hearing the male perspective xx |

As someone whos had blood cancer i have to make sure everything is clean, it only takes one cut on the skina nd bacteria to get in the blood stream and it can be very dangerous.
