Oh its raw, its beautiful and it packs a punch - total tearjerker with his great voice. Written for his father who has stage 4 kidney disease.
But what I found fascinating (after I recovered from the blubbering) is watching the men reacting to it on YouTube, its quite lovely to see the reactive emotion expressed by several men. Its a pity only the extremes of anger & sadness force it out/ society makes men keep it in but I really find it lovely to see. I suppose the proud parent moments are the positive extremes where it slips out too. I don't know about you guys but I wish was more common to see expressive men. Or would we all be emotional basket cases then.... Thoughts?! |
