It's a great experience, assuming that the people are anything like those at the classes I've attended.
There's a good bond and energy, helped by the yoga.

My yoga teacher would encourage anyone to do it. She was a physio, so she had a great knowledge of the body and the stresses and strains that it out you under. One of the class had mobility problems and she would adapt the positions for her.
But she retired and moved away to live on one of the islands.  |

I need yoga that can be done with only one leg and definitely not anything where I have to sit on the floor. I tried Pilates with a physio and gave up because it was pointless  |

I was politely asked not to attend a local yoga class "for insurance reasons". The rest locally are in studios upstairs and the seated yoga in a local church is run by Age UK. I am too young to join in  |

I started it through my work, it was a great way to relax and is good for health and wellbeing. |
