Worry for as ladys who meet Verified people

Right been told that people are getting Verified by just chatting and a friend told me that when they been on date sites not fabs people are doing it that way to so to be far got to be more careful then ever

I think this is so wrong as there is so meany fake and time waste already wish the Administration had some way of stopping it as definitely Ruin the site for as Genuine people that meet.

I don't think anyone on here would verify someone just because they've chatted & certainly not any long term site members so check whose done the verifications

If it's a profile like mine that doesnt show their verifications either pass them by or ask to see them, if someone has a genuine reason to see them I'd consider it

I don't show them as we've known guys (on my couples profile) we've never met message people who verified us saying we are friends and we suggested they message them or contacted people who've verified us asking them to put in a good word for them with us

I meet someone last Thursday he was on two days and a lady Verified him

That's how I ended up meeting him

But thank u for helping and the mad part is I was on the site before for 3 years and it was lovely then to x

I have verified people as genuine when I've just chatted to them, especially couples as often, it seems couple profiles can be seen with scepticism, people not knowing if it's just a guy.

Isn't the reason for verification that they are nice people to meet and are who they say they are x

Of course verification can be faked - use it as a green flag, not a guarantee

That's good but I would only Verified when I meet someone

So people know they real but understand u Point as there are some lovely people on the site x

So I said I'd only do it via cam or in person.

I was chatting to someone yesterday..he had two veri's he then said he had never meet them just chatted to them never met or cammed ..asked me if I would veri him .. I said definitely not ..

Verifications aren’t guarantees, and they can be easily faked if people care enough. This has been how things are here for as long as anyone can remember.

Being thoughtful about how people present themselves and being cautious with who you interact with is always going to be just as important.

The fakes I've had to contend with over the years have generally been single guys posing as couples to gate crash a get together at my place. Although this doesn't apply to everyone, as people may not post their verifications for different reasons, if they don't have their verifications posted, which can then be cross referenced with other peoples profiles, it rings alarm bells with me, and I start asking awkward questions before inviting.

M then if you can see those verifications report the person that's given them for giving out fake verifications
