i had a heart monitor, and oxygen mask that picked up if i stopped breathing or not. its pretty scary to sleep with a mask covering your nose and mouth. |

My sister has to wear one of those c-pap masks every night. She let me have a go on it and it was such a weird sensation |

Wirh CPAP its best not to try and fight it, and go eith it, it only forces a breath in after it senses the person hasnt tsken one for a short while. Each machine settings are set for the individual. Does your sis suffer, obstructive sleep apneoa (osa) ? |

I found the mask a pain only because i sleep on my front.. so had to change my sleeping position to be able to take the test which must have allowed more oxygen for a better nights sleep.
