In real life…
Smile, eyes and height/fitness. I like a guy who looks after himself, because he’s more likely to be able to look after me properly.
Online…
An actual profile picture. Good manners. Sense of humour. |

I don't accommodate because I'm a bachelor and I'd rather not spend the time tidying up before receiving a visitor. |

Not being able to accommodate doesn’t automatically mean married though.
House/flat mate.
Single dad.
Renovations.
Exactly the same reasons as women can’t accommodate.
I wonder if this is something men also look at first. |

I guess there may be a number of reasons a woman doesn't want to accommodate so if she's looking for a play partner it is important he does. Whether or not she fancies the person is irrelevant if neither of them are prepared to accommodate?
