I have family coming over from Glasgow tomorrow. Sister and I will take the kids out during the day, leaving my dad to babysit at night. And we’ll go out for drinks

Morning run . Help a friend to repair fence and gate damage thanks to Eunice. Then evening workout. Repeat Sunday minus the run. Oh and eat loads to make sure I hit my calorie goal.

Just chilling all weekend. Was gonna go to a car boot sale tomorrow but it got cancelled due to the weather. Plus it's proper snowing it down over here as well so going out altogether is put of the question lol
