We received last week a sofa from DFS after a 2 month delivery wait. The bolt in one of the four legs snapped within a day and the other three look dodgy.
I want my money back but have been informed as it’s made to order they won’t refund.
Any advice? |

I had the same thing, but was happy for them to replace the legs. They did. Guy did an excellent job actually.
Why don’t you want the sofa anymore? |

I had the same thing, but was happy for them to replace the legs. They did. Guy did an excellent job actually.

Just think the legs will always be a problem. Anti glide feet on each leg are also coming off. |
