This is why I love living in a maisonette, we live on top of another so have no garden so for once in my life I don't have to worry about fence panels lol.

I had the same thing last year with a large oak coming down in a storm and blocking my drive.
The only bonus was when the rest of the tree was cut down - much better signal for the sky dish! |

This is very true, but you do have to carry your shopping upstairs each time

I don't want to look till its over. I lost some few weeks and it was not even very strong wind that time. It's not as bad as some others have had it and feel sorry for them but I still don'tike it. I have Earplugs on to muffle the sound, it's awful |

Most home insurance policies exclude storm damage to fences. But worth checking the small print. I did with mine and it’s not covered  |
