South Wales

I’m back in bed with a coffee and my radio on to drown out the sound of the wind.

Just snow here. Only winds of about 50 mph forecast for our area so not going to be as bad as Arwen thankfully.

Next Door

Heavy rain and strong winds here and has been for the past couple of hours.

A few fence panels look a bit wobbly, another job to sort out

Admittedly I am still in bed but it doesn't sound too bad outside at the moment.

Back of Nowhere and Beyond

Travelled up country in the middle of the night and managed to avoid her apart from some light rain.... apparently home isn't being as battered as expected yet which is good.

Has everybody tied all their bits down? Apparently the advise is to do so but I have no idea exactly what or how. Does anybody know what weight she can lift? Are my pots safe? Will she lift my bench? Have I got to tie together all three bins for safety in numbers?

I’ve never been blown by a Eunice before. I think I’ll pop the little fella out and see what kind of blow job I can get in the garden.

Just be careful she doesn't take you on a world tour

Ok, update.

It’s a bit f’kin cold out there, and my ‘depth gauge’ is measuring in mm right now. So I amend my original post and now wonder if there are any Eunice’s on fab who would like to do the deed instead…

Why drown out the sound of the wind, I love listening to it, love watching storms.

Great pics by the way, fabbed them all if I could

I'd vote for no, there's absolutely no need for it!

Because they kick up a fuss and leave a path of destruction in their wake?

Chippenham Malmesbury area

I'm 25 West of Bristol (along the M4 corridor) and the trees are being blown about a bit and I'm sure I saw the nextdoor neighbors TV Arial wobble.

So either it's missed me or this is it. So glad that I cancelled my morning run, my hair might of gotten slightly ruffled

I look forward to reading of the mass panic in London as the little darlings experience what the rest of the country puts up with most years.

Storms are just another form of government control trying to reduce your freedoms of going outside. Don't buy into the propaganda. It's not even a storm it's just some wind. I'm not giving up my right to wander around with an umbrella because the media says so.

Show me where in the Magna Carta it says I *can't* go out parasailing tonight.

Let‘s go to the met office and arrest them under common law immediately
