Phones whilst driving

I still get so baffled by people driving whilst their phones are in their laps!!!

Just drove behind someone through the city, he was so engrossed in his phone he couldn't drive straight.

Why on earth do people still do this???

There is absolutely no reason to be doing it in this day and age.

I get my notifications to my watch now so that is my major distraction.

This is my biggest hate. When I'm in my friend's car he'll go for his phone. Selfish act

How do you know he was on his phone if you were behind him? He could have been singing to his own audience….

Possibly - i do it too (not to my Willy I don’t have one…) but in my car I am a damn good singer and sexy like Holly Valance…. (in reality I am neither, I am the person Simon Cowell would say “you cannot sing” lol)

Chams or Socials

It takes all my concentration to drive - no chance of using a phone at the same time. Nothing is that important it can’t wait

I'd never do it. Too scared of hurting someone. Even fiddling with my demisters feels like a lot of distraction, nevermind the amount of time it takes to send a message. If it's urgent you can pull over. If I'm in standstill traffic I'll do it by voice command at most.

Lacey, the thought of you twiddling with your demisters has just made Thursday bearable. Thank you, and your demisters!

Don't see the point in taking the risk tbh, most cars have Bluetooth built in these days and if not you can buy systems to fit older cars. Seems selfish to risk causing an accident.

I like it that we are not allowed to answer the phone whilst driving at work. If I plan my diary well, I can ignore my phone all day!...
