Who is your favourite TV Chef/Cook? If you don't watch TV, whose cookbook do you like? Is it James Martin, Gordon Ramsay, Nigella Lawson or .....

Obviously Nigella as she oozes sex like a warm fudge cake… but my day to day tv chef would have to be Monica Galetti, smart, sassy and sexy and the most amazing chef.

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Ching-He Huang/Ken Hom.

Harumi Kurihara - she's been on NHK!

Hairy Bikers - they make me laugh. Simples.

Keith Floyd - cos he's pissed, being told off by a foreign granny cook or being pissed & told off. Sometimes it's cringe worthy, others it's funny. You have to watch it - it's compelling...

Well as we will never know who you are and as the recipes by your admission were yukk we might have to go for Heston then

Slightly digressing, was watching Michel Roux making a roast rabbit dish. Rabbit is rarely seen in our supermarkets although easy to get online from quality meat butchers. Rabbit meat is meant to be not only delicious but very healthy. We are only talking rabbit reared for the table of course. Why is it not popular in this country like chicken is for example? I tried it once abroad when on holiday and once at a restaurant here but not for very long time but might have been wild one, not sure. Would you eat or have eaten rabbit or can't stand the thought?

I love rabbit. It is tastier than chicken but chicken has more meat. It is easier to eat. Rabit got a lot of bones. Maybe this is why it is not so popular.

I worked for Rick Stein.

Nice guy but runs far from the independent, small restaurants he champions on the TV.

Not seen him on TV as much recently. I have eaten at a couple of his restaurants and that was nice and someone bought me one of his books and have indulged in one or two recipes from time to time. Yes, certainly in the top group.

I did like the hairy bikers mainly for the simplicity of their recipes. Nothing worse that chefs promoting all these recipes that you need a hundred different ingredients that you never heard of, never have in the house, you have to search specialist places for them and you will only ever use once and waste the rest if you were to buy.

I cannot stand Jamie Oliver, have to turn the TV over when he is on. Mainly due to his ‘mockney accent’

I don't know about his accent but I can't be arsed with him either. He is so full of himself. But that being said I think it's great what he did for School meals.

I am just watching Rachel Khoo in Australia. I don't really know mu h about her and the recipes seem quite simplistic. Do you rate her as a chef/cook?
