All my sympathy was in hospital yesterday getting iv antibiotics and saline again get better soon x  |

Sending tons of sympathy, a fruit basket and a bottle of 1,000mg High Strength Vitamin C chewable tablets. Chew a couple of these about 5 times a day, drink lots of water, eat lots of juicy fruits and rest. I do this as soon as I feel the slightest inkling of a cold coming on and it seems to stop it worsening much more.

I started like this last Monday & it was Covid  . Please look after yourself - Difflam spray is good for a sore throat if coughing a lot xxx

Thanks for the sympathy all. For those worried about Covid, I'm still testing negative and my sense of smell certainly hasn't gone because the smell of everything makes me want to vom right now. |
