Who has trouble sleeping , and like me this lead to the internet and one thing leads to another ........well becoming a swinger lol x

Yeah, but push it too far and you'll be dead sooner than you think. I like my sleep. A good recharge before the day ahead whatever it holds.

Sometimes you need to have a rest and refuel yourself so you can carry on doing what you love doing

I've start suffering from insomnia over the last year

It's gradually wearing me out, but there's little I can do to change it
