I dress up, sometimes makeup and wig... mainly for my own fun.
I have never wanted to be female, I don't try to act or put on a female voice, I don't even give myself a female name. I mainly dress for my Female Domme ( who is also my best friend and soulmate ) and love being treated like her bitch...
Caning, strapon, face slapping, spitting, bondage, golden showers, forced bi and more.
Just for fun.
Afterwards I go back to being me, and she goes back from being Goddess to being my bestie.
So my question...
Do you feel or act feminine when dressed ? |

Yes, my personality does change when I fully dress and go out. However I’m no shrinking violet if I’m harassed or threatened.
Fully dressing from wig to high heels means I can express another side to me, that’s all. |

Im mainly the same person tbh. I dont think im overtly masculine as a male anyway. only real difference i find would be a sub concious effort to maybe soften my voice, but thats about it
I label myself as a TV, but im more inbetween TV and TS, think somone called it "Ts before Transitioning" something like that
A few people who know me as both Chloe and James say i seem more confident as Chloe though overall |

I do, because for me that's is part of the transition I am making, albeit only temporary.
My aim is to look feminine when I become Sarah, which I hope I achieve. |

I only recently started to dress. I find it incredibly erotic and such a turn on. I only do stockings, thong, miniskirt and basque, no make up or wig.
I'm really surprised how slutty it makes me feel and how much I enjoy feeling that way. |

Interesting question. I am not a TV but a CD and not in any way convincing, but being Adele helps me express the femme side of me. I suppose I act more femme, try to move in a feminine way and soften my voice a little. Its all a temporary illusion, but totally enjoyable. |

where the world takes me |
I don't feel more feminine when i dress up, i just feel more sexual and naughty.
Then again as i'm getting older i'm caring less and less about genders and what society thinks, i'm me, i want to have fun and enjoy my life, you are you and doing the same.
Who cares what gender you sleep with, what you wear and how you do it (within reason obviously).
We're all one wonderful mess of humanity and sex and i just want to enjoy it. |

I used to cross dress without the make up. Never tried act fem or talk it. Then I started wearing a wig a bit of make up. I tried act fem but felt so stupid. Fast forward to one very well planned night where I went the whole 9 yards. Nails, jewellery, perfume, lashes all of it. Wow what an effect.
That night I found my walk, my voice, I'd mince about everything. The 3 men I had around that night I gave them everything. No longer were approaches to kiss met with "no kissing" I was fully letting them tske me. Even held hands I felt so sexy and desired.
Am I different when dressed. Yes totally. I'm a woman well a filthy tranny whore. |

I have a female alter-ego, she's cheeky and more confident than me and brings out many things that I don't normally. I dress fully make-up stockings, wigs the full deal. I have been rejected on several sites as they don't believe I am the guy on my driving licence. |

Yes I must admit as a male my confidence with the opposite sex is zero. I've never been a looker or alpha male. However as vicky I'm totally the opposite. I know my target range in men and I just go for it. I'm very forward. Not always 100 percent successful but there's not a day when I'm dressed where I can't have fun. |

Yes, but I don’t make a huge effort with trying to sound like a woman. My voice just does not sound femme. I just try to soften it a bit and lose the accent and the swearing |

I agree with Maria you definitely sound fem to me. Me I know I don't sound fem but like you I soften the voice. Normally it comes out posh but with a bit of floozy foul language. I sometimes try accents too and camp voices |

I have two very defined and different personalities.
Day to day life as a man I'm pretty much your average guy..
When I get the chance to be Raven my feminine side comes out. Confident, cocky, but also sultry and hopefully sexy.
My voice does change, my mannerisms definitely do.
And I make every effort to appear as feminine as I possibly can given the looks and body I was given lol.. |

No not really.
I don't put on a voice, I don't change my personality at all. I do have a very slight name change though.
It is just me, but dressed in a slutty outfit, with some make up, fake titties and wig.

"I like to strike a more feminine pose in photos but I think that’s about it "
Carrying yourself in more of feminine pose is definitely a part of it
Though in all fairness, what even is a feminine pose?
For my pics I just do what I think looks sexy. |

Good question OP. I now live as a trans female 90% of the time and have adopted that role in my personal relationship, but I guess like most girls like us we're full of contractions. For example I hated being rimmed by women but absolutely love receiving from men, the longer the better, but don't give it back! |

Long while since I dressed fully but when used to did feel different and others told me they could see a different personality. Often could be more confident as Maria, though very shy when meeting people for the first time. Never tried a female voice. |

Oh with regards to others perceptions of me..
Very few people know me well as both Linda and the male me, but those that do all tell me that the two are completely different. I was out in newcastle years ago when a group of straight guys from near my home came into the bar. I knew them well and started heading for the back door, certain they would recognise me.
The guys I was with convinced me to stay. The guys walked right past me, they all saw me and none of them recognised me.

Even though I'm not a CD/TV, I feel I can probably speak on this topic as a femboy.
If I dress in something then nah it doesn't change my behaviour. I'm still me. It's one my biggest pet peeves when someone calls me a girl/woman honestly as it just feels so...well...wrong. |

Sexually (when I'm not being more 'normative' in my ways) I probably straddle the line between being a femmeboy and a CD. I'm not even a part-time anything, I just CD when I CD, but I can dress androgynously too at meets and a little bit in life sometimes if I'm in the mood.
I like to see people as people, I get a bit uncomfortable myself when the ideas of gender become too cliched. In my view, we can't help the differences that occur in life, so I prefer to concentrate on what people share, ie just as people. Which is a kind of an androgynous world (there are other probably better terms now I'm sure).
I tend to just use the term CD over femmeboy (I'm getting on for a start!) but I find that a lot of the time I'm actually compromising as being a femmeboy at meets, and am happy being my androgynous self in that way. I actually like to mix and experiment with cross gender clothes. I get called girlboy, tomboy and boygirl all the time. This is much less work than the full CD thing too! I think my voice soften a little at these kind of meets (CD especially), but not too much.
When I'm out and about I often wear women's tee shirts (with their lines, fit and colours) and I used to wear ladies jeans if I found a pair that fit. I can 'tell' they are ladies clothes, and a lot of women can too of course, but a lot of people either can't or don't seem to notice.
Tbh, I think CD'ing is a very sexual and kinky thing (maybe purely so), where Transvestitism is a lot more 'serious' and feminine, and probably doesn't have to be all that sexual at all I expect.
And then of course you can fully change (to a transwomen or transman it will always be for me).

Persiantug makes some interesting points
I can dress androgynously Is one
I do too even long very flared cullots that look more like a long skirt.
As to why, I have always wanted to be a woman, for lots of reasons it was never possible, so when I dress I make a big effort, to be as convincing as possible that way I feel the part too. |
