I have both I feel a denim skirt can be worn sexy in summer with nice high sandals and white panties whilst a leather skirt for me is more of a winter skirt with tights or stockings/ suspenders and black heels maybe courts or sling backs x

Leather skirt, but it's a close call. Denim can be sexy as hell with the right bum. I certainly wouldn't be complaining with either.

Leather skirts make me feel sexier when coupled with stilettos.

I usually wear my denim skirts for casual days with Converse, sandals or flip flops in the summer.
