I tried it for first time last week and it didn't work well, But gave it another try about 5 min ago and I'm very pleased with the results... Well sort of
First time I left it on I think 3 min and rinsed it off and nothing, Still hairy
This time I left it on for 5 min and used a sponge to rub it off and nearly all the hair was gone. I've done a terrible job spreading it out so I'm bald on some bits hairy on others
The hair was short to begin with but next time I think I'll trim it down with my electric razor first then use it
Great for balls and bum which is somewhere I can never shave very well
Would defo recommend

The soothing balm was nice after I had to shave due to the cream not working though 
The wax strips didn't work either...maybe I just have pubic hair made from brillo pads
