Add some Russian twist in there while doing your sit ups. Stand side knee crunches too, crunches while doing a ankle touch.

Calorie deficit to reduce excess body fat. After that genetics play a large role (roll?).
Some people will have love handles at much lower body fat %s than others. It’s purely down to genetics/luck sadly. |

Diet,
Reduce- sugar, transfats, satuarted fat,alcohol, refind carbs
Increase- proteins, drink more water, oats
Tips, dont totally cut out carbs or natural fats, natural fats are important to your bodily balance- cutting them out can cause your body to convert proteins to fats.
Dont go mad on eating fruit, people seem to think oooh diet.. ill increase fruit intake... the issue there is fuit contains a massive amount of sugar
