Cooking a roast as it’s Sunday!

What’s the thing you can’t have missing off your plate? The thing that makes the meal for you.

For me it’s roast potatoes and thick gravy!

Gravy. Couldn't imagine a roast dinner without gravy made from the meat juices. Absolutely delicious.

You’d have love the gravy I made with the brisket today… it was so good I thought about leaving, running off and marrying myself!!
