looking for a Lady who wants to come on holiday

I have recently been unceremoniously dumped by my partner of four years.
We had a holiday booked to la mirage in Gran Canaria.
So those who don't know this is one of the best singers hotels in GO.
Anyway I would like to find a lady who might like to come along for a 2 week all paid for holidays.
The dates are leaving on the 15 March and return on the 29th March.
Please would you let me know if you are interested in joining me for some fun in the sun

Although I am myself far from presumptuous I think it is a fair presumption for him to make as he has offered the holiday to someone off fab and not out a notice in his local newsagents window, seems like a good deal for a lady with a hedonistic outgoing nature. |

Now this is a guy with his head screwed on, holidays have never been cheaper so book a holiday make up a story about been dumped, try bag a female for a couple of weeks shagging in the sun it's the ultimate play. if there was a slow clap emoji I would be using it right now  |

Please don't judge the reason she has left isn't anything to do with fab . In fact it is something that happened over 40 years ago. .
We were rreally good together. . Then something happened and all that changed..
mental health is a terrible thing and it destroys lives..

Sorry to hear your relationship is over.
You can make any type of legal meet request that you want. . Women meet men in hotel rooms or their homes all the time from fab.
I admit I wouldn't commit to two weeks in a foreign country staying at a swingers hotel with someone I hardly knew but I wouldn't meet a single man in his hotel room in this country either.
My personal opinion is that you'll find it next to impossible to find someone to go with but you never know |

I realise it might be a impossible task but i just need to get back to being the confident guy i was.
what has happened has really knock me and ijust need to have coconfidence to get back on the horse..

A single guys motives will always be questioned on fab, it's unfortunate.
Can you cancel the holiday and plan to rebook at a later date maybe. In the meantime you could go to clubs to build your confidence back up |

The flights are paid for and as mental health isn't seen as a medical reason that's out
the hotel we paid for two years ago.. before covid..
so no unfortunately not.

I’ve similar experience to this
Had a few meets with a woman 10 years younger than me on this site , I offered to take her to Spain me paying flight and hotel so she only needed her spending money .
Anyway she couldn’t go and offered to pay the changes if I would let her sister go instead
Which I thought was a bit odd but when I met her sister I thought it would be a good idea .
Bratty mid twenties but athletic body
She had friends who worked out there so I didn’t see her much at night , she would let me rub oil on her but I preferred to do that in the room as round the pool I think people thought I was her dad .
They were twin beds in the room but she certainly wasn’t shy showing her body off .
I done a lot for her personally helping her get ready to go out and walking into magaluf with her
Before leaving her with mates to party
Cost me quite a bit but I’ve no regrets . |

I want to go on holiday.
However, that's only few weeks away. I don't usually meet people for coffee until a week at least of chatting, usually more. And before a 2 week holiday I'd need to know we could stand each other for more than a few hours.
So that's a good few weeks lead in at least. I'd also be worried that I was making my usual bad choice and that I'd end up being found dead in a hotel room (hasn't happened yet but that's a kind of worst case thing).
I'd also hate the idea of someone else paying for everything on a holiday, I'd feel beholden to them and not unlike a hooker (no issue with that, but it isn't my thing). And I haven't the money for a holiday.
I don't think I'm alone in this, OP. So unfortunately I'm not certain you'll have much luck.
Why not just go alone? If you go determined to enjoy yourself you should have a lovely time. Would be a shame to lose out. |

As you know La Mirage does not allow single guys, so going on your own will not be an option sorry to say.
Why not email La Mirage and explain the situation they are a reasonable company and you never know you may be surprised, you don't know till you asked. With this Covid situation we have had.
How ever when booking they do have terms & conditions in black & white before paying. When we make our bookings they only take 25% Deposit and you pay the balance if full 45 days before arriving unless that changed, we are going end of this April booking was made 2 years ago and we had to moved it to the year, balance will be due soon.

If all else fails, maybe see if a couple here would buy the holiday off you (assuming the company would allow a transfer of booking), and use the money to book yourself another holiday?
Hope I'm wrong, but feels like a tough sell to ask someone to go on holiday with a complete stranger (I wouldn't). Sorry you're in this position, OP - hope you get something sorted.

There is another option. When we were in Cap D'Agde we met a couple where he had advertised on Craig's list and found her to go on holiday with. Strange we know but it did work for them. If you can transfer Le Mirage are booked all summer so give us a shout! |

Oh no what predicament.. I mean fab is the perfect place to advertise and you may strike lucky, but i tend to agree with NSP's comments, which would make most people a little reticent perhaps

Another thought .. Could you and your ex go as friends? Maybe one sleeps on the sofa? Or are things too far gone?

It sounds like a lovely offer but I’ve been watching too much true crime and stalking tv shows to ever leave my house again now.
I’m sure there might be someone on here willing to take a chance and go with you but a lot of threads start and this might get washed down the line and missed by those that would go.
I think NotSoPosh suggested moving the dates? I’d look into that if it was me and then you have time to find someone willing to go.
