As I live alone, I tend not to bother with roast dinners these days, but I'm gonna have a round in ma freezer later and come up with one of my homemade concoctions

Some kind of roast here - we always have stuffing & yorkshires regardless of the meat/poultry. I think we still have some pigs in blankets in the freezer too

Roast Leg of Lamb, Roast Potatoes, Cauliflower Cheese, Mashed Swede, Carrots and Savoy Cabbage with mint sauce and proper gravy. And got a homemade rice pudding to go in when Dinner is cooked. Got my son and daughter in law coming over at 1pm. Dinner at 2pm.

Sounds divine. Enjoy. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on your rice pudding if it's your thing. I like it but can appreciate not everyone likes cinammon. I also sometimes sprinkle a tiny bit of brown sugar on top and caramelise the top a little under the grill or with a blow torch.

Bit of a traditionalist so I normally use nutmeg, but I might give the cinnamon a go for a change.

I bet you had that apple and cranberry stuffing saved from Xmas. I still have a couple of packs in the freezer
