If you had to pick a music decade and stick to it what one would you choose? I would have to say 90s for myself and he would pick the 80s.

Carlos would probably pick the 80s when he was young and life was much easier.

90s trance, if it’s gonna be stuck on a loop, might as well pick something that lends itself to being stuck on a loop

West Wales and Cardiff

1970s - for the great soul, reggae and funk music mainly.

I was too young to experience it first-hand, of course.

I love all music from the decent decades - I can give the 50s and half of the 60s a miss, but if I had to stick to just 1 then the 90's has the most decent output across the broaded range of genres, so 90s would win!

A decade you say, that’s 10 years, right.

I’ll go with 1965 to 1974

Worthing

1970s. Heavy rock was filling stadiums around the world...specially in the States. Most media ignored this fact.

There’s lots of great disco tunes beyond the obvious and/or the cheesy. Powerful, liberating stuff .

I’m a rule breaker, so I’ll choose 1995-2005.

It’s a decade, it just spans a couple at once.

For me the 70s

Started off good with glam rock, got a bit shit around 1975, then 1977 when punk broke was great.

That’s a realllly tough call! I love 70’s but I think for sheer gig going value I’d have to say 90’s, there was Indie and dance going on in a big way and I flippin loved it Miss pc
