Haven't bought a paper since about 1995.
Tend to quickly read the news online at various times during the day. Usually the BBC and sky.
Watch breakfast TV for about fifteen minutes in the morning before finding something better to watch. |

I read the news online on my phone as soon as I wake up. I buy a newspaper a couple of times a week as I enjoy the Telegraph cryptic crossword. I never watch the news on the TV. I hope I have satisfactorily answered your questions. |

In North London where I live we have a free newspaper call Metro which you can get at most underground and overground stations.I think it only comes out Monday to Friday.I get a copy every morning but tbh I only read the sports section and the occasional story inside the paper. |

"The last time I bought a newspaper was in December. One of them had a £10 off voucher for Lidl. I cut that out and did the crosswords and Sudoku, the rest was used to put a paint pot on.
"
Lol, I remember that. I didn't get the paper but someone gave me a couple of those vouchers. Very useful. |

"I used to have a few Sunday papers delivered and spent Sunday mornings happily binging. That was a while back, in the good old times as they say "
Sunday with a pot of coffee, croissants and the newspapers used to be very relaxing. |

Could not have put it better and exactly that. Do I know you? |

"We're curious to know..
Do you buy a newspaper?
Or do you read the news online?
Or do you just watch the news on the television?
Happy Sunday all "
Read online (beyond the headlines) - largely news channels because most decent news papers are now behind paywalls.

In the west. |
I used when I had a real job. Over the last few years I would read one in a coffeeshop in the morning but the Rona has put a stop to that.
I have enev stopped reading the news on news apps as it doesn't really change much. |

"My parents have The Daily Mail delivered. They've bought it since I was a child and it was a broad sheet. God only knows where they get their information from!"
My father-in-law has the Mail delivered daily. It goes a long way towards explaining why he’s such a buffoon. Although it’s a chicken/egg thing and I strongly suspect he’d be just as unpleasant without its daily drip-drip of poison.
I don’t read the printed press very often. Not since I became properly involved with my trades Union and it rapidly became clear just how much selective reporting and misrepresentation goes on in the tabloids. I do read the Morning Star from time to time, but obviously with full awareness of its own political slant. |

"Carlos has never bought papers or watched the news, Carlos has his own mind.
Where does Carlos source information ?"
He doesn't, he doesn't care. Carlos realised a long time ago news is a bad and lots of lies, so why bother? Be free, be a butterfly. |

I used to buy the Sunday Times & spend half the following week reading it. Now I occasionally but my local paper. Get my daily news from radio and TV & on line. |

I have an online subscription with the Times, literally just for the Sport and the Puzzles. When I have the time I read news from the Times, the Graun and the beeb. Used to like the Indy when it was in print. The investigative journalism of the FT is excellent too, but they’re paywalled and I’m not willing to stump up for it… |

Newspapers - No, I do buy the monthly Economist in print.
Online - Yes, I subscribe to a couple of newspapers so I get the same content as the printed version.
Television - Rarely, and only to review something I've read e.g. if the article refers to a speech or live footage etc. And even then I'll likely watch that on the BBC iPlayer. I do like watching Newsnight.
Happy Sunday |

I keep myself informed somehow but avoid binging on news as full of doom and gloom and sensationalism. I also avoid all threads in here from those seeking inflammatory arguments, rather than healthy opinion and debate or a bit of banter, and there are certainly a few. |
