Oooh tonight is a absolute treat. Im mushroom mad and finally FINALLY got my hands on some Early Season Matsutake Mushrooms, so am doing a Japanese dish with squid ink noodles, nuts, matsutake mushrooms and butterfly skid. Im beyond excited truly beyond excited for them |

Theyre black noodles (fresh noodle infused with squid ink), theyre delicious, not fishy at all just mouth watering. |

Theyre black noodles (fresh noodle infused with squid ink), theyre delicious, not fishy at all just mouth watering. "
I like squid pasta and be honest you can flavour lots of dishes with squid ink, it's nice and apparently some health benefits too. |

Within the complex there's a little shop that sells desserts and confection goodies
