Love tattoos on women and men
If I had the money and ideas I'd be covered apart from the bits you can't cover completely (neck, face and hands). I like to surprise people so.. What better than to surprise them in the bedroom with a heavily tattooed body |

I like tattoos on men and women.
However, it doesn't mean that just because someone has ink that it's a guarantee for me to want to have sex with them. I can appreciate the ink work on people without needing to fuck them.

Not a huge fan tbh. I wouldn’t have one, Mr doesn’t either. I do like them on a really buff body though (which neither of us has)!
Seen so many shit tattoos on out of shape brits abroad & that’s what puts us off!!! |

Like all things, it depends on what the ink is, where it is and who it’s on.
In general, I like tattoos. I have a couple of Celtic knot-work pieces, and I have seen some truly astonishing artwork on people. |

Tattoos are a expression of your personality and your imagination and your preference . Clothes well they change ( god hopefully ) you might be a sheep and follow the latest trend or maybe a trend setter and conform to your own taste |

"If someone had this on their knuckles I'd marry them:
PLAN AHEA
"
If someone had that would be worried for 2 reasons . 1 terrible grammar and makes no sense
2 . Not tasteful and what kind of person would do that |

We both have tattoos and love them on the opposite sex. I’d be covered from head to toe if I could afford it. Mrs NE wants one or 2 more but isn’t in any hurry to get them. |

Greatly depends on the quality of the tattoo. Somebody with random low quality art (you are damn right it's art) is not going to do much for me.
Somebody who has gone to a skilled tattoo artist, especially if they have a story to tell or their personality comes through in those tattoos, I'm all in. It's just another form of personal expression and that is huge for me, even more so when it is something I can relate to. |

Hate tattoos. They are a form of safe self harm. Look it up if you don’t believe me. "
Considering tattooing was started for many different reasons among many different cultures it is not limited to just self harm.
They have been used as a form of branding, China being the main user for this reason.
Egypt used them as a medical treatment. Samoans, it is a core part of their culture.
Tattoos have saved the lives of many people from going too far with their own self harming issues. All other kinds of therapy failed.
Some people love the pain, some people go through it for other reasons.
People that have lost limbs, breast cancer survivors (and other forms of cancer) have all had tattoos to cover up scars, used as a badge of honour or to turn a bad memory in to something positive.
Tatoos are no different than cosmetic surgery of any kind. It's not all about the self harm, hell any kind of medical procedure, or avoiding such procedure if you are in paon can be linked to self harm. |

They fade and then look aweful"
Eventually they begin to fade, yes. After many years. But you can have them touched up.
As for looking awful, a large part of that is down to the artist. The style and quality goes a long way.
Like with all things, the techniques and technology have advanced the quality and life of tattoos. |

As long as they’re done well and look good then sure.
My ex wife has a butterfly on her foot. Too big, badly placed, and badly drawn. Makes her foot just look dirty (as in needing a wash. Not fab “dirty”) |

Not sure they do, Wills haven’t and I have one on my lower back which was supposed to be semi permanent as I thought I may not want the permanent fixture but it’s got to be 25 years old and not faded at all which I’m pleased about |

They do begin to fade eventually. To say they don't is a lie, biology, and just wear and tear to the skin does it. Sun exposure and general aging being the main factors. Ink quality plays its part too. |

I didn’t say they don’t honestly always one lol, I said not sure they do as ours don’t appear to have, yes they are mega dark when first done but once they have settled I can’t say I’ve noticed any fading but could be as they were done in later life and not as a youngster |

They fade if not protected properly in the sun. Even if they do fade they can be touched back up Tom |

Rare nowadays to see one which is original and really grabs my attention. They can be beautiful or completely naff.
Don't have any myself. The idea of something that permanent scares me. |

Oh I love ink…on both men and women.. would be very contradictory if I didn’t as I have some.
All mine have a story and are meaningful to me.. I didn’t get them to try to impress anyone or to try to showcase my body… my body is well past the ability to do that lol

I have a few tattoos and I love a woman with tattoos. (Every tattoo tells a story)
It's when you first start to undress each other and see them for the first time that I find hot.
I have a couple of funny ones that always cause a few giggles but that just as to the fun for me |

Mine haven’t either, had my first (my web) when I was 19, and it’s still fine. Lines still sharp. Think it depends on the quality of the ink used, and the talent of the artist.
That’s why I stick to the same one xx |
