Fareham

Three severe attacks of anxiety/depression. Worse age from 19 to 23

One attempt

Endured one physical assault ending in hospitalisation

Bullied at work

Had a neighbour from hell

Have been an alcoholic

Terrible acne as a teenager

Most of my immediate family are now dead

Am a fat lazy lethargic cunt

Still laughing

Still breathing

Still getting it with young ladies

Any desperate chaps want to chat then call me

Not a believer in medicinal cures

There is hope xxx

Moving forward, never look back. You're still standing

It's not something I suffer with in all honesty, however I do support someone with MH issues so I understand the dynamics well.

Supporting someone with MH issues is a lonely road.

I am the strong one, always have been. Lockdown tested that, toxic workplace tested that. But you deal with it and move forward because it really is all you can do.
