Generally it's the detection of personality traits I don't like that puts me off. I don't mind how people talk, don't mind how they write/spell or how they sound. Apparently I’m pretty “picky” by male standards, so here’s a list of things I find off-putting.

Big red flag for me is “preferences” that make it clear that what they *really* wanted to write was “No blacks, no dogs, no Irish”.

Also – and I think I mainly see this from couples – is weirdly militant attitudes to pubic hair, especially when it conflates having body hair with a lack of personal hygiene.

Something that confused me for ages was people who won’t accommodate and won’t travel either. How are you supposed to ever meet them, then? Had to learn form a forum thread on here that some people think that you just magically teleport into clubs without actually moving through the intervening space.

Accounts that have clearly just been set up to drive traffic to OF, IG, or some other site.

Accounts that only ever post when they’re begging for drugs.

Accounts with statuses that are constantly slagging off the people they’ve met. It’s not like there’s any shortage of candidates on here. Maybe the issue is their shitty taste?

Accounts with no recent pictures. Okay, you looked pretty good in 2015. What about now? A lot’s happened in the last few years.

Accounts with an entire art gallery’s worth of pictures, but you still can’t tell anything about what the user actually looks like.

I posted in a similar thread that anything involving misandry, misogyny or requiring a stab vest would put me off and it was suggested by a woman that there are many women on here who genuinely appear to hate men and they use the power of sex to voice that here where they wouldn't be as vocal IRL.

Some people here are amazing and I already class some as friends, I just think people need to take it for what it is we all know the bad points here and have different things we are looking for. I’m no different here than I am in person, some truly amazing people on here especially the forums.
