Who else goes shopping fills the cupboards and fridge's, goes looking for something to eat and doesn't want what's there?

Yep. We normally spend a fortune on a monthly shop, then get something from Burger King for tea.

I’m sure I could find something for you to eat

I used to do that, and wonder why shopping bills were horrific.

With the cost of food going ballistic, I’m far more frugal with the £’s now. So I only buy what Food I need, when I need it. I no longer do a ‘big shop’.

Good idea it's just finding the time it's really hard for us.

I’m lucky.

Have a supermarket a couple of miles away so I get my steps in for the day, while doing the food buy. I buy just enough to make a dinner, and have the leftovers for lunch the next day.
