Liam was a great front man in his day. Met him briefly once too. He made an effort to be charming when he was clearly knackered and not wanting a conversation.

Neither of them can sing tbf.

Noel is the talent, of that there is no doubt. Liam is just an Ian Brown wannabe - he fairly cracked that, but has no songwriting ability really, whereas Noel certainly can write a decent cover version

and the odd original.

Not a fan of the band or their solo stuff, but will readily accept that his voice was great. There’s clips on YT of his voice isolated - he has an innate sense of timing, “feel” and pitch in them.

Better than his brother IMO.

Neither were amazing singers,

But after witnessing Liam at a soccer game in Madrid first hand, the guy will always be a w@#ker in my eyes, Noel seems to hold himself a bit better.

Could have been massive specially in the States but their childish squabbling put a stop to it. Thought their first couple of albums were decent. Both not bad singers. I'd say Noel should have sung more songs.
