In the last 100 years: Princess Margaret. Very racer. Her shenanigans in the island of Mustique (spelling?) nearly caused the downfall of the Royal family. |

Cleopatra very likely wasn't anything much more than average in terms of physically sexy/attractive.
What made her appealing was her status, power, and intelligence. She was extremely educated in a lot of things including math and multiple languages.
She got Hollywood glammed up and that is what the go to image of her is now. |
