Overthink. But I'm not sure it's actually overthinking, more I give my thoughts due consideration, explore various avenues with them and allow myself proper time to process and feel how I feel about things. Sometimes it can admittedly lead to me getting things wrong because my self-directed negative bias comes out but I'm working on that.
Tl;dr A clear example of an overthinker at work. |

Depends how I'm feeling. I tend to overthink when I'm not in a good place. Otherwise, I've learnt to not stress over the things I can't control, that has helped a lot. |

Ermmmmmmmm, yeah, maybe. I dunno really. I think sometimes I do but then other times maybe not so much. But then do I? I can't decide. What if I say yes I do but then I make some rash decisions today? Would that make me a liar? Then would that mean my life is totally fake? How can I lie about this but then expect people to trust me about other things? I would feel horrible. I'm worried about commiting to an answer then not being able to follow through.
I'm doubting myself and whether I'm a good person or not. |

I underthink sometimes, normal think most of the time and if I'm feeling a bit low overthink.
I am absolutely terrible about thinking "have I locked the front door?" though and always check that the gas hob is off and the front door is locked as I leave the house. |

Critical thinking.
Not the kind that thinks they are because they believe conspiracy theories, or follows what a Facebook post says.
Actually thinking, analysing and observing things from a distance regardless of view. Looking at things from within, and from outside,in the box and out of the box. Sometimes to the point of over thinking yes.
Then I settle of where I feel my opinion fits (or the facts prove true). |

Definitely overthink. I get myself in an anxious mess quite often. I have certain ‘control’ behaviours that sometimes get out of hand but I am at least aware of them and I am pushing my own boundaries and setting myself small challenges to help me get over that and not over think things to the nth degree. Work in progress and I’ll always overthink as opposed to underthink but a little bit is ok |

The world is so complex to me. So many factors to take into consideration, angles to view things from. And I stand by this in general, the world and humanity is complex. The problem is when you see the world like this and have the capacity to see many moves ahead it can be a real burden. Especially when you start over thinking the simpilist of things or situations. It can cause so much anxiety, effort and mental fog that doesn't need to be there. I don't want to change who I am but I do want to work on being able to be more care free and in the moment rather than being distracted over thinking sometimes. Unfortunately doing this will not be easy and I think I have a lot of self work to do.
