Not so much about Disney but it seems odd making a film out of a sex tape in general

I didn't know that, I assumed to make it and use her likeness, she would've had to have signed off on it. Another reason the film just seems gross

No because they bought Fox. The didn't buy Fox to turn it into a kids channel. They bought fox to increase their market share.
