So yall care Aboit travelling a good distance for a meet. What’s the furthest you’ll travel? Do you only meet locally?

I myself don’t mind the distance for the right person, of there’s chemistry Id drive as far as I want.

A distance measured in light years is acceptable for the girl who's out of this world...

The plane didn't actually land in Finchley btw, it landed in Luton

I once drove 180 miles just to take a lady to lunch, so not sure if I have an upper limit.

Most I’d travel is probably 2 hours. And that’s mainly because I love driving so it’s a win win for me lol

great yarmouth

I'd travel quite far (upto 3-4hours) for the right connection as love an adventure. There ould need to be strong chemistry and trust though. My location makes it difficult as I'm so far from everything!

Given the prevalence of time wasters and no shows we now won’t even cross the river.

What can I say here?

Please take extreme caution when agreeing to travel vast distances for a meet.

I never do it any more on this site, there are too many time wasters. If I get a lot of interest (let’s say from Birmingham! )

I will sort out a trip for a couple of nights, I will stay in a hotel and go out in the bars and tell guys where I will be and when, if they really want to meet they will show up, if they are dreamers they will not.

No problems, I have had a couple of good nights out in Birmingham and come home with s few more time wasters to add to my block list and hopefully a few happy memories from the genuine fab members who actually turned up

I’m really tight and with the prices of fuel at the moment I won’t be travelling any further than 40-50 miles

I prefer to only meet local people, even if they are driving to me, I won't even engage in a message exchange if they live more than about 5-10 miles away

It just doesn't feel worth it to me to travel too far for a meet, but then I should say the area I live (just outside of London) is heavily populated so there are literally thousands of options within my 10 mile radius, obviously if you live somewhere ore rural then options may be limited & you may need to travel further

Half an hour. If it’s a club meet we’d travel anywhere and just book a hotel and make a weekend of it.

For the right person I'll travel a considerable distance.

I once rearranged plans and a work trip to meet up with someone I'd been chatting to for a very long time in America. That's the furthest I've travelled but I used to frequently meet a FB in London and one of my early meets on this site I drove 2 and a half hours to get there.

In an ideal world I'd like someone local so we could meet regularly, but on here I've realised that isn't going to work for me!

I seen that said before.

But if it's agreed to be just a social then, tough on them.
