Just had a little nap I feel brand new for having it

Who else has a power nap every now and then to perk them selves up ?

I used to, but it had the opposite effect most of the time. I’d feel dreadful afterwards.

a quandary, could you change my mind?

Power nap is a great way to have a quick recharge , now I'm unsure how long a nap should really last but for me 20 minutes to 3 hrs.

I love naps. I think it's actually my hobby. Husband often comes to check on me if I've been upstairs for ages because I'm usually asleep

Can't remember the last time I had a nap. Once I'm awake, then that's me for the day because I don't want to have a crap night's sleep

I hate sleeping in the day, takes me ages to get past the sleep inertia and then I just feel rubbish

I try to powernap on a Saturday afternoon to ensure I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed on a Sunday morning

I hate working from home, but being able to occasionally clock out for a power nap is a definite bonus.

I've dozed over some afternoons for about half an hour and when I wake up I feel rough as heck. I'm fine once I have a coffee though x
