is your front door? It seems that everyone is turning their front door grey to keep with recent colour trends.

PVC white for practicality and resale. Given a choice, it wood be a wooden door painted red, deep green or blue. I loathe grey as a colour anyway, and have never followed trends in all my life.

"Anthracite grey. "

I was beginning to think it was just my neighbours gone mad with grey and not just front doors but patios, drives, fences, you name it

It's beginning to go out of fashion in decor - sage green is a huge colour this year and cream/beige are getting more popular again.

I despise my front door

It's one of them that's supposed to look like real wood

It just looks cheap

It's a bone of contention with me & the OH as he doesn't see it as a priority

I've tolerated it now for 30 months

It WILL be going this year

Black. Nice, glossy black, as with the outbuilding doors and courtyard gates.

"Anthracite grey.

I had all the windows and doors replaced not long after I moved in, in white, and wanted to break the monotony up on the poor door unit, so went with grey.
