I'm back to timing my toilet breaks.
Only ever going downstairs to get food when I'm about to die from starvation.
And 0 kneeling for the next few days
God I forgot how painful this shit is |

"Be careful OP. The first one back is the worst though!
That's a lie! They're all the same level of pain, for legs at least "
I don't find that personally. When I went back to it after lockdown it was agony for the first few weeks but once I was back regularly doing my two leg days a week the doms is much less when I keep it up without breaks. |

"I would argue if you can still walk after leg day you aren’t training hard enough
It's only day 1...tomorrow is the Doomsday "
That should be fun, enjoy clinging to the bannister for dear life going up the stairs |

It's getting down onto the loo that gets me |

"I was like that after a few weeks off the kettlebells. Wandering aimlessly around Morrisons, looking like I'd shit myself.
"
....I had actually shit myself btw. ....but the kettlebells didn't help |

"I still remember doing arms the first day back and walking around like a T-Rex for a couple of days after because I couldn't straighten them "
I once overdid a pull day and couldn't fully straighten my fingers on my left hand for 24 hours. The things we do . |

Legs have never became easier on me, I could always go hard and feel it for even 7 days |
