1st leg day after 6 month break

I'm back to timing my toilet breaks.

Only ever going downstairs to get food when I'm about to die from starvation.

And 0 kneeling for the next few days

God I forgot how painful this shit is

I would argue if you can still walk after leg day you aren’t training hard enough

Ouch. Never skip leg day is never more appropriate than after your first one back.

Be careful OP. The first one back is the worst though!

That's a lie! They're all the same level of pain, for legs at least

I don't find that personally. When I went back to it after lockdown it was agony for the first few weeks but once I was back regularly doing my two leg days a week the doms is much less when I keep it up without breaks.

That should be fun, enjoy clinging to the bannister for dear life going up the stairs

It's getting down onto the loo that gets me

I was like that after a few weeks off the kettlebells. Wandering aimlessly around Morrisons, looking like I'd shit myself.

Or when you accidentally drop something on the floor and think "it can stay there until tomorrow"

I still remember doing arms the first day back and walking around like a T-Rex for a couple of days after because I couldn't straighten them

I once overdid a pull day and couldn't fully straighten my fingers on my left hand for 24 hours. The things we do .

That reminds me how sore my calf is at the moment! Well, it's fine to walk on and everything but trying to get up from a kneeling position is sore and I've no idea what I've done to it

Legs have never became easier on me, I could always go hard and feel it for even 7 days
