pressure is for tyres OP, but if in the rare case I am about to blow a gasket, I rub my earlobe and think of boobs, works a treat.

Oh gosh. NSP will agree I had a complete meltdown recently. Pressure results in stress results in poor form results in not feeling good enough results in wanting to move to Mars.

I'm not good with on the spot pressure but organisation helps me for long term things.

I go into overdrive, I like a little pressure and perform well when under. Coping strategies come later when the pressure has eased then I take it out in the gym...

I do better when things get manic and stressful when it’s slow I think too much and over complicate work that doesn’t need to be.

But after work if like that I can go few ways:

Veg on sofa with film

Have work out

Play guitar and sing and vent

Game

I quite often stress clean.

Or mostly I'll take a nap if it all gets too much.

Ride that storm. The failures will teach you to be successful

?

I like pressure, it brings out good things in me...I have a terrible tendency to procrastinate if I don't have it at work.

I like a bit a of pressure I tent to perform in what ever I'm doing better

At the end of the day you have to rationalise the situation and ask yourself are you really under pressure ? You have a job you have a roof over your head and food on the table .....compared to an awful lot of the people in the world we've got it easy .....be grateful ,be humble,be happy x
