Your life only truely begins when you embrace who you are, live without fear of judgement and do the things that make you happy. I wish I'd have discovered self acceptance a long time ago.. now I've found that my happiness can truely begin. |

Absolutely this! Also rapidly approaching my 40s, but i have found that i have embraced myself more in the last 2 years than i ever had before and stopped worrying so much about what other people thought. Still have a long way to go with that, but i am having more fun than i did in my 20s! X |

Thanks ladies, totally agree on a good douse of self love.
But also keen to hear sexual revelations, kinky uncoverings...
I've felt so much more sexually liberated last year or so and I feel like this is only the beginning |

Tough one,
teens i was inside that wasnt fun but it planted me,
20s i was studying and travelling the world.
Early 30s my sex life was incredible absolutely mind blowing i became financially secure but went off the rails which lead to my Mid 30s i had a mental breakdown.
so id say that now, at 38 im feeling content, realising what i want, sex & money doesnt rule my life i no longer have sex partys and chase that knifes edge, but this year i feel my mind has reset im content and the things that mean the most to me are the things that are free... family
Now is the best time of my life |

I'm 25 so in that sense I'm not sure what I should know right now. Obviously there's going to be lots of self learning as the years go on but I have a family, a house, a job, financially stable so I really don't know what else I need to 'know' right now. Time will only tell.
I do need to learn that 'mum' is only one part of me and I should be living life as *insert real name* more now that the kids are getting older... (also insert some mum guilt just for saying that).
Interested to hear other peoples pov |

There's not anything I wish my 25 year old self knew sexually - she'd have missed out on a lot of self discovery, fun... you get the idea.
I'm in my early thirties now and I think I'm reaching the point where I can be open about what I enjoy, what works for me. Sexually, this past year has been good for me; after being put off exploring kink for various reasons I've found someone I can do so with. I'm quite (understatement) enjoying that journey. I've also learned that I don't have to be a particular aesthetic to do so (slim, white) and my eternal curiosity is a good bedfellow to that journey. It's liberating to feel sexy in myself, to enjoy the effect I have on others and to not shy away from that side of myself. |

I wish my 25 year old self had known to double or even treble her private pension contributions. I worked for a very forward thinking company who introduced private pensions way before it was common, I'd be much better off now if I'd paid more in. At 25 reaching 55 seems so far in the distance though. |

Yeah I've come to realise arousal towards certain things is so much more about the chemistry of the coupling than the act |
