Bake the spud til skin is crispy
Scoop the spud out
Mash with butter, cheese & red onion
Put the mash back in the skins
Sprinkle more cheese on top
Pop back in the oven til the cheese is all bubbly |

Butter, medium cheddar cheese (grated). Side of salad (grated carrot, cucumber, tomato, lettuce). Salt and pepper and a drizzle of Salad Cream. A few slices of picked beetroot on side. And a side of warm beans - half over of the potato and half next to it.
