I don't fancy anything, might have a salad with eggs though. For the kids I'll just do whatever they want from the cupboards because sometimes it's easier to let them choose. That whole chocolate bar and packet of biscuits? Knock yourself out kids, Aslong as you have some fruit too |

Making a veg curry with Bombay aloo, made from scratch, but bought some no duck spring rolls and samosa's from the plant pioneer range at sainsburys, to go with it, not that my Bombay aloo is a scratch on the real deal I buy from my local Indian, never tastes as good as they make it! |

"Homemade Chinese chicken curry and egg fried rice
I can never manage to make the fried rice taste as unhealthy as the one you get in a takeaway "
I use brown rice and surprisingly it tastes better. |

"I have a veg curry and bombay potatoes I made to much last week and froze it x"
Nice and frugal of you. You are now allowed a coffee ( sorry could not resist the crossreferencing, hope it makes you smile). On the matter of freezing, I always make extra of certain things and freeze, not only more economical but actually there when you need it. |

"Tonight we are having a cold buffet type meal. Cold meats, cheeses, sausage, sausage rolls, hummus, olives, sourdough, olive bread, salad. "
My favourite kind of meal. Usually have tapas type of thing on Saturday but needed to cook this chicken today so it's a little roast. |

I enjoy this kind of eating too. It's very easy to eat loads but also easy to keep the carbs low. |

after watching a "you are what you eat "type progamme, its opened my eyes a bit re anything in a box,jar or packet or meal for 2 type things
to much sugar , salt, saturated fats in them.
i look at the traffic light things on the packets now
boring as it is we need veg every day bigtime frozen or tinned as good as fresh they say.
so a fair bit of fish chicken etc i go for,but naughty food now and again |

Camberley occasionally doncaster |
Pushed the boat out tonight*
Razor clams in Thai red curry and white wine. Followed by seared tuna steak (that had been marinated in soy, chilli, holy basil and lemongrass) with charred baby peppers and a pomegranate and avocado salad.
*yes the pun was deliberate. |
