Public photos on profile

What is the definition of this in fab terms?

Cos i have this filter on and still get messages from people with friends only pictures, no public ones.

Suppose in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter. One can always ignore said messages.

Just thought i’d ask

They make one pic public, send a message and then hide it again. Happens every day.

I think the system is slow to catch up, of course admin would know more but I think if you’ve ever had a public pic then you sit in that part of the database.

I also know people that do have public pics that don’t appear in searches so it obviously cuts both ways. Not sure when the DB is updated to be honest.

Wish admin could change this so they weren't able to do it.
