It’s quite bright here but so cold in my house. I’m working at my desk with a three layers on, a blanket and a hot water bottle on my lap  I keep getting up and doing star jumps and lunges but I actually need to do a bit of work too plus when I speak to people on calls I really don’t need to be heavy breathing |

We have beautiful blue skies with whisps of white clouds and sunshine here in Swansea.
I am looking forward to finishing work a little early today as a treat for such a busy week and I plan to have a little sherry this evening too.
