Imperfections
I'm sure we all have them and some find them difficult to deal with. I was one of them but have decided 'what the hell...at the end of the day, I'm me.
Time to stop hiding away and get myself out there x |

we are what we are, embrace it and enjoy life to the full, it’s too short not to! You can’t change what you can’t change.
With my it’s my horrific halitosis, but to be honest, it’s not so much of a problem for me personally so I just get on with it? |

Indeed. The best way to start dealing with some things is to acknowledge it. Acceptance can come later, if at all. |

"Hugs your awesome your wonderful your stunning and beautiful xxxx
Thanks Natalie but I'm really not. I'm just me trying to muddle through life x"
Your welcome and you are
Little something for you
Yeah, I’ve discussed it with myself
And I’m disgusted with the way
We’re told to have a certain face
A certain weight, be flawless
We aren’t pixels on a screen
No we’re human, we breathe
Every single thing we see curated
It’s overrated
These expectations, they keep weighin' me down
My heart is beggin' me to get the hell out, of my head
I’m gonna live inside the upside down
For a minute and pretend
Honey, I’m a perfect ten
Woahhh
Honey, I’m a perfect ten
Woahhhh
And if I say it enough
It gets ingrained in my head
And I start to think…
Honey, I’m a perfect ten

I think learning to be comfortable with how you look is a life game changer for people. The confidence it brings you is significant and as I think someone said earlier a woman who is totally confident naked is incredibly sexy and attractive. |

It's liberating when you embrace yourself as you are. I was really depressed and overweight then decided I wasn't going to be the fat dad at the pool and lost near 5 stone. Now I have a body that when I look in the mirror looks like anyone else's that I would see at the pool - job done. I'm no longer worried and it really helps my confidence. You don't have to be a stunner, just acceptable to yourself, everything else follows. I'll never be buff, but I love my imperfection now! And, I only noticed when taking pics for dating sites that I have a weird snarl to the left when I smile - another thing I've now embraced! |

Other people have accepted (what I see as) my imperfections way before I started to. My mindset was “well if he/she likes them why can’t I? “
It took some time but that outlook really helped me.
There comes a time where it’s important to just be yourself and be happy in that place. |

It's something I'm becoming more accepting of as the years pass by. It's truly miserable to be so unkind to yourself just because you don't fit into the beauty standard society expects. It's a miserable life when that is all you can focus on.
It's not an easy road but I'm so much happier for accepting those parts of me I don't particularly like. |

My eye does that in pics, how I do a left eye squint is beyond me, even when I'm trying not to do it |

I always say my autobiography would be titled perfectly imperfect.
I have a multitude of things I dont like about myself physically, but I feel I look better now than ever.

Imperfections are a unique gift that have the power to inspire others, if we all looked the same or strived for society’s definition of beauty it be pretty boring - own those quirky features, that scar that tells a story, the lumps and bumps that make us all different after all no one and nothing is perfect x |

I know that we are all out own worst enemies. I feel like social media and other platforms have made people want to live up to in realistic standard. Plastic surgery used to be a niche thing but all you see how is women going to get fillers and whatever else. It's like you can't be beautiful if you're not looking like a Barbie doll |

Do you know causes your halitosis? It’s not always teeth, it could be a stomach issue. Find the cause, treat and halitosis be gone |

I can’t stand my stomach area. It makes me sad. Even if I am at a healthy weight, it is always there. I’ve never had a flat abdomen- not even as a child.
My latest photo shows it. I thought I might as well show myself just the way I look right now so there are no surprises later, lol! |

None of us are perfect, those who look 'perfect' don't tend to be that inside... You look fine to us ! |

I hate parts of me with a passion and don't think I'll ever grow to love them. I'm always so self conscious of them, especially when going on a first meet with people. |

"I just got mine surgically removed
You make me laugh, Rachel "
the nurses in the private hospital I was in see people like me come and go every week but several said they’d not laughed so much as when I was in there. Things didn’t go that well but I never stopped being a tw@ |

We all do it, stare at the mirror long enough to start picking at things. Nobody's perfect but there's only one you, take care of yourself and remember you are enough |
