A good orgasm sends me into a beautiful and relaxed and calm head space post orgasm. It's one of Mrs Misfit's methods when I'm restless at betime.

Our dog who knows when to squash up against me and act as a fluffy arm rest. When all is calm he looks up to check and quietly wanders off.

Failing that, my bonsai hobby is relaxing in season, being around nature or by the sea with my sheepdog is highly therapeutic, as is yoga and meditation, something I highly recommend!

Yorkshire

Lots of things like walk in the countryside, listening to music, flicking though some photos, reading a book, doing a bit of light gardening, have a drink with a friend, find a quite spot and sit on a rock next to the sea. Lots of stuff but I probably nothing can beat some lovely time with your dog. It certainly seems to sooth my stress away.
