I feel your pain. My 16 year old has a habit of doing this and then crashing out. Big up the kids for being independent and resourceful and bless the parent who has to deal with it. It's like the toddler years again with a cruel twist! |

I'm awake because I've been doing handstands in the hallway with my partner. We're doing a handstand challenge.. At least one a day in Feb. It's only day 2 and we managed to distract ourselves .. So had to get up and do the thing. As you do. Now I'm awakee! |

Suffer from a recurring dream so I stay awake until I am physically and mentally exhausted, some nights I manage 5 hours sleep other nights 1 or 2 hours. |

Its a psychological thing, really can't go into too much detail but after my son died 2 years ago I've not been sleeping, GP is no use and since Covid hit have been impossible to get an appointment. |

Because only now my mum, who has vascular dementia and athrites in both knees leaving her virtually wheelchair bound, agreed to let me get her to bed without open rebellion. The joys of being a carer as well as keeping the wheels of industry in motion to maintain a roof overhead to keep the rain out, and a crust of bread on the table at tea time. I'd sooner be doing this though than putting flowers on a head stone. |
