What did the spoon do to you?

No, I have a spoon I love. No idea where it came from but it's my spoon and I love it

Yes. It’s bigger than all the other spoons and has a red handle that’s uncomfortable to hold. I don’t know where it came from but I hate the big ugly bastard

I’ve got about 8/9 teaspoons that all different, no 2 match. Must have accidentally swiped them over the years.

No, because if I don’t like something I give it away or bin it (my ex is a prime example )

Several antique silver ones my ex accumulated. I’m all for vintage things in general but 150 spoons and forks have never done it for me.

And this was not something I figured I’d be pondering on a swinging site.

Yeah I have one that was used for a particularly unsavoury activity that I still have in my drawer but which I refuse to use!

Funnily enough, I don’t have a spoon I despise

But when I go to eat yogurt, or some such, I will reject some teaspoons over others. I picked up some cheap ‘tinny’ teaspoons and would use those for getting the teabag out. For eating with, I’d choose my good quality, solid spoons.

I had a knife which was used for a very unsavoury activity, but it was disposable so I chucked it

Crikey, just as well I mentioned it was disposable plastic. They’re a bit flimsy for a murder - could have looked very dodgy otherwise

Despise is a bit harsh. Poor spoon.

I do have a weird one I nicked from a work canteen once. Not teaspoon or dessert spoon sized, somewhere in the middle.

I've never really felt emotional about any cutlery, except for the spoons my parents have, because they are rubbish.

No. I have some special spoons though. Ones that my children used as babies and that are still knocking around the cutlery drawer.

I've got a few that I love to eat with, like the correct mug for proper coffee, a spoon that sits well in the hand and mouth makes for an even better experience.

Discard the wrong ones!

Yes! The little prick splashed me one time when I was trying to be nice and clean the mess off him with a shower. Bastard water went everywhere and he didn't say sorry or help clean up.
